We aim to complete and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. As soon as your order has been completed and your parcel is on its way, you will receive a dispatch
notification email from ELNKA with confirmation. 

Standard shipping to Canada and the United State take 5-6 business days.

If you didn’t receive a tracking number yet, just send us an email. Our customer service team will get back to you with your tracking number.

Our mission is to make sure all our customers are satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to get the product you ordered to your doorstep.
In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact us to rectify the issue

Please note ELNKA cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

We do our best to ensure a 100% satisfactory shopping experience and offer a quick and easy FREE 30 -day return policy for all customers in Canada and the US!

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments or cancellations to the
order. The only amendment we can make is a change in address within the same shipping country. Please email us at hello@elnka.comwithin two hours of placing the order to do this.
